What To Expect

The Certificate in Customer Success provides graduates with specialised skills and knowledge to develop their careers in roles that are focused on enhancing customer experience, satisfaction, loyalty, retention and overall customer experience with a product/service provider.

The graduate profile will include skills and knowledge in the areas of understanding customer buyer behaviour, identifying and solving customer hurdles and problems, strong listening and communication skills, data analytics looking at ROI, retention, decision making, understand and apply CRM systems to enhance the customer experience, and project manage the customer experience from on-boarding to retention.

Career opportunities for graduates of the Certificate in Customer Success would include, but are not limited to, Customer Experience Specialist/Manager, Customer Success Manager, User Experience (UX) Researcher/Designer, Marketing Manager with focus on Customer Experience, Sales Enablement Specialist, Customer Quality Assurance Analyst.

The programme is delivered by experts in the field with exceptional industry experience.

Module Information

Organisational Sales Strategy
MRKT8009 – (10 credits)

This module aims to impart to the student the importance of understanding how consumers and organisations purchase in order for sales people to successfully develop strategies to positively influence the purchase decision. Leading from this, learners gain an understanding of the wider organisational perspectives on sales strategy and sales management issues.

Customer Success
MRKT7025 - (10 credits)

This module examines business relationships with a focus on customer experience success, customer retention, the customer’s journey from lead to conversion, an immersive experience will educate participants on how to engage with customers, how to create memorable experiences and in turn how to retain customer loyalty.

Applications

All candidates need to work in a customer experience and/or sales related role.

Course Fee: €1,300

All part-time programmes at MTU will run subject to sufficient student numbers. Where a programme cannot proceed, applicants will be contacted and advised on alternative study options.
